Our comprehensive suite of services caters to a diverse clientele.
After School Program
Our after school youth program which focuses on increasing knowledge of harmful effects of alcohol, drugs and tobacco. The programs aim also to improve reading, written expression, and math skills; increase school attendance and school bonding, and reduce failure.
Youth Leadership Program
Youth are taught refusal skills, engaged in positive activities, motivation, self-esteem, and empowering youth to be confident, productive, and successful citizens. The program is dedicated to helping youth discover and develop their leadership and life skills through workshops, engaging with positive adult role model and alternative activities.
Co-Parenting
Helps parents focus on the responsibilities of parenting from separate households as the parents negotiate custody, visitation, child support, or divorce.
Parenting Skills
Focuses on basic knowledge for more effective parenting. Topics include: child safety, positive discipline, child development, effective communication, parenting styles, setting limits, and boundaries.
Domestic Violence/Anger Management
We provide affordable, and culturally/linguistically appropriate counseling and treatment programs specific to the API communities.
Strengthening Families Program (SFP)
directed toward middle school youth and their parents that reside in the South Sacramento area, is a family skills training intervention designed to enhance school success and reduce youth substance use and aggression.
About Us
We are pleased to announce that on June 14, 2012, ARCH Family Services Inc., is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions and/or donations are tax deductible under section 170 of the code.
